REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Kids & students must register online and pay the non-refundable deposit to attend camp!
New Hope was able to pre-reserve spots for our campers through 3/31. We encourage you to register early to guarantee a spot, as the camp may fill up fast after April 1st!
Final registration deadline: 4/14 (or sooner if camp fills).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Scholarship Information
We understand that camp can be a financial commitment for families, and the heart of our church family is to invest in students through a scholarship fund.
The final scholarship amounts will be determined on May 20 once we have reviewed fundraising totals. Every NHC student will receive the same amount. Our goal is to help as many students attend as possible.
Final camp payments, if applicable, will be due Sunday, May 31st at pre-camp meetings.

Pre-Camp Meetings
Pre-Camp Meetings are mandatory meetings held by the ministry leaders prior to your child's camp experience. We will go over camp guidelines and expectations, as well as provide all travel information and camp supplies provided.
New Hope Youth will have a pre-camp meeting for parents and students on Sunday, May 31st at 5 PM in Classroom 1 & 2.
New Hope Kids will have a pre-camp meeting for parents and kids on Sunday, May 31st at 6 PM in Classroom 1 & 2. Per camp policy, all kids must be lice-checked prior to attending Wheat State Camp. We will begin private lice checks at 5:30 PM and continue throughout the meeting. Kids will also receive medical forms, cash envelopes, van travel assignments, and lunch bags during this meeting.
